Cynthia Renée award-winning, reversible “Mosaic” cufflinks featuring color varieties of Mauve and Purple/Blue Spinel from Luc Yen, Vietnam and Tanzania. Gems were set in hand-fabricated and hand-engraved platinum and cut by Clay Zava, of Zava Mastercuts;
