SHIPPING CHARGES
For domestic shipments, we typically use UPS / FedEx Next Day service. Please add $25 for overnight shipping, handling and insurance for all USA orders valued under $500. Orders valued between $501-10,000 will incur shipping &insurance charges of $35. Items over $10,000 will be shipped by special arrangement; we will contact you or email us at if you have questions.
For international shipments, the shipping and insurance fee is $75 on values under $5000. Orders over $5000 will incur additional shipping/insurance charges; we will contact you or you can email us if you have questions. Please note that we do not currently ship to Nigeria, China or Venezuela.
Your country’s Customs entity may charge importation duties and taxes based on your jewel’s value, which are your responsibility. We cannot change the value of the shipment on commercial invoices, as we adhere to all international import/export laws. In the unlikely case of a return, international clients must arrange their own return shipping.
SHIPMENT DATES
For in-stock items, we typically ship between one and three business days from the date we receive your order. Shipments are made Monday through Thursday. We cannot ship on Fridays because our shipping insurance will not cover jewelry items waiting in shipping outposts over the weekend, when theft risk is higher.
If you have a tight due date, please email us or call us at 919.883.4791. We will move heaven and earth to get you your jewel in your needed time frame.
Most orders are shipped overnight. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number of the shipment via email. Delivery timing of special orders will be discussed individually.
RECEIPT OF SHIPMENTS
The shipping insurance ceases once the package has reached its final destination and has been signed for. You, or an agent, MUST BE present to receive your shipment and possibly present ID upon delivery. Once the package is signed for, it is no longer insured and is your responsibility. Please make sure that only an authorized and trusted person has the ability to accept a package on your behalf.
We can only ship to the confirmed address associated with your credit card or bank account, without prior discussion and permission.
If your shipping box or container is received damaged and/or the seal broken, YOU MUST open the package in front of the delivery agent, preferably filming the opening as documentation, to be sure no damage to the contents occurred in transit. This is extremely important in filing an insurance claim with the shipper. Please thoroughly inspect the contents of your package.
